Things to know:
- When you send a referral over we contact your patient within 2 business days and with the patient’s permission, provide you with feedback on their status.
- If we determine we’re not the right fit for the patient, we’ll provide them with clearly defined and appropriate referral sources. No referral will be turned away empty handed.
- If your patient provides authorization, we will provide you with regular updates on treatment progress and planning.
