Lynette has devoted the past 20 years of her professional career to assisting people with meeting their personal goals of mental wellness. Although she has worked with people across all ages, she specializes in the child and adolescent population. Lynette focuses on initial psychiatric evaluations, evidence-based medication management, mental health education, and telehealth appointments.

She believes families are the essential support systems that are integral in meeting the mental health needs of children and adolescents, and she encourages families to be involved in their loved one’s mental healthcare. She also believes that it is every person’s right to be heard when discussing their mental healthcare.

Lynette graduated with her PhD and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from the Medical University of South Carolina. She is board certified as both a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner.
