Trusted, Experienced, Compassionate- meet our Founder & CEO, Sonya Ruedlinger
2022 American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) State Award for Excellence recipient, Sonya Ruedlinger is a trusted Advanced Practice Nurse in Indianapolis, who in 2019 became the Founder and CEO of Indy Behavioral Health. Our office provides medication management, administers TMS, and is a REMS Certified Spravato Treatment Center.
Sonya has an extensive education background from John Hopkins University, Indiana Wesleyan University, UMass Boston, Ball State University; and is certified as an adult, family, and psychiatric nurse practitioner. In 2021, Sonya received her certification through Postpartum Support International as a perinatal mental health provider to support families during the perinatal period.
Sonya’s profession strikes to the core of who she is with the loss of her brother to untreated mental illness; it was at that moment she knew she had a calling to help others. Today, Sonya not only helps her patients, but also as a keynote speaker to educate and empower other companies and professionals in the medical space. Family is Sonya’s center where she lives with her loving husband, in Avon, Indiana, and cherishes time spent with their three grown children and granddaughter.
