Medication Management:
Indy Behavioral Health accepts many insurance plans for traditional medication management services. If we are not contracted with your insurance company, we will provide you with information to submit to your insurance plan in order to request reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for additional details and to determine whether we are an in-network provider with your specific plan. Patients that choose not to use insurance may choose our “self pay” option.
Specialized Treatments for Major Depressive Disorder
For treatments such as Spravato and TMS, we recognize that understanding insurance coverage can be challenging. We’re committed to verifying your coverage, requesting authorization from your insurance carrier, and supporting you throughout the process.
Spravato:
Many insurance carriers cover Spravato treatments for people that have been diagnosed with treatment resistant depression. Spravato is more likely to be covered for people that have:
- Been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder AND
- Tried two antidepressant medications without adequate response during the current episode of depression
TMS:
Many insurance carriers cover TMS treatments for people that have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Spravato is more likely to be covered for people that have:
- Been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder AND
- Tried two antidepressant medications without adequate response during the current episode of depression AND
- Tried talk therapy
